WHO I AM:
I’m Amy Kidwell, a liscenced Realtor bringing over ten years of experience to Central Virginia. I was born and raised in Virginia Beach, later moving to the Chesapeake Bay area with my family before spending over a decade in sunny Central Florida in the pocket I like to call Disney’s Backyard. While in Florida, I became a Realtor to help demystify the real estate world for transplants like me who were moving in from out of state. That simple goal, to help folks find the homes of their dreams, and to ALWAYS put the heart ahead of the home, turned into a vast and highly successful business as one of the Top 50 Realtors in Orlando year after year—as a single agent!
Now, I continue to operate in the Orlando area helping clients buying and selling in Horizon West, but my heart (and my family) has flown home to the cool breezes and temperate forests of Central Virginia. So many families just like mine have found their way here to Central Virginia whether they’re moving five minutes away or across state lines in search of Richmond’s beauty, history, and culture.
